Once one of our Customer Success Representatives ships your device, they will send you tracking information and the address to which they shipped. You can track your device's journey with the tracking information provided. Typically the shipment will take 4-5 business days.
Devices ship out as soon as the Customer Success team is able to get all questions answered and set up your device. Assuming all information is provided in a timely manner, we generally ship out within the week or sooner.
